Soulmate

Soulmate. What does this mean to you? There are different ideas of a true soul connection that are floating around our society. I’ve come across many of these ideas in my pursuit of knowledge such as the idea that a soul mate is your other half, a person who just gets you, who has the tools to feed your spirit through a lifetime and in society it’s advertised as a romantic connection. Then there is the life partner. I believe this is the area most people find themselves in within our society for a multitude of reasons including but not limited to loneliness, societal and family pressure to have a family, ego, low self esteem/worth and much more. The life partner can be wonderful and support you through life but they do not have the tools to fully feed your spirit so there is always a disconnect and when you experience your lows together its extremely low. Since you both don’t truly connect at the spirit each conflict piles onto another until there is the moment where you’re done. You give up and cheat, split, or say it’s too late and live a miserable life together regretting many things. With a soulmate you don’t feel the disconnect there is an innate understanding of one another, a deep rooted oneness. With a life partner they cannot reach this mystical oneness together because they do not feed each other’s spirit in that way.

Now just as everything else in this blog is, all of these thoughts are my opinions and my views. I need no one to agree or disagree. My job is to get your mind moving. To make you reflect. I believe we have a multitude of soulmates. Not just one. I believe a mom and daughter can be soulmates, or a dad and his son, or dad and daughter, or daughter and grandpa, or best friends, or a teacher and a student, along with many other pairs. It is not just romantic. The romantic aspect in my opinion was pushed into our media and television to have us distracted and looking in all the wrong places for the tools we need for our spirit to grow and us fully be the beautiful, magical, powerful beings we were meant to be.

We are meant to cross paths with the people we cross paths with but we have become too distracted to slow down and feel and reflect on what life’s energy is presenting us. So many of us are in or have been in something that feels not good at all. Why do we do this to ourselves. Is the feeling familiar and we stick to what’s familiar? I challenge you to stop, breathe, and reflect on the relationships you have created in life and also dismissed in life. Which one or ones fed your spirit? Have you even felt fed yet? Take the time to connect and not based on the way societies main stream tells you to connect. Once you start doing this your real soulmates will present themselves ready to feed your spirit. You just have to be open. Good luck. No matter what you choose. Choose with authority and precision. It’s your life. Live it.
